The Expedition Series, Release 1

The Expedition Series is an ongoing collaboration between Maverick Distilling and internationally respected whiskey blender Irene Tan. Just as Samuel Maverick explored and mapped the vast regions across Central and West Texas, Irene moves through the Fowler rickhouse and Lockwood vault, evaluating the full range of Maverick barrels. Each release reflects her distinct approach to blending, barrel selection, and maturation.

Release 1 is a blend of three unique barrels chosen from the Fowler Ranch rickhouse.
