Crafted in small batches at our Santa Fe, New Mexico distillery, Ixchel Botanical Dry Curaçao is made with bitter Laraha and Valencia orange peel, supported by Madagascar vanilla, Ceylon cinnamon, allspice berries, medjool dates, and clove.
Finished in oak casks at high altitude, the spirit gains structure, softness, and complexity. Lightly sweetened with pure cane sugar, it delivers bright citrus, integrated spice, and a dry, nuanced finish.
